HISTORY

A middle aged man presented with haematuria.

ULTRASOUND FINDINGS

Two large, smooth surfaced, brightly echogenic masses with dense shadowing were seen within the bladder. They were mobile when the patient moved to a lateral decubitus position.

A bladder diverticulum is also noted

DISCUSSION

Bladder stones are much more common in the developing world, being uncommon in developed countries. The diagnosis was confirmed on plain xray.
