Push bike accident.
Haemodynamically stable, RUQ tenderness.
The first two clips clearly demonstrate a small amount of free fluid in the right upper quadrant.
A trace of free fluid is evident at the tip of the spleen, but this is so subtle that without the RUQ fluid one would not be sure it really is free fluid. The volume may increase with time, and be more evident with serial scanning. In this case however CT is the investigation of choice.
Neither the longitudinal nor transverse views demonstrate free fluid. This is a male pelvis.
